FlowDesk (operated by UrbanSS Solutions) collects only the data needed to operate the service: account identifiers, workspace content you create, and basic usage analytics.

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with sub-processors required to run the service (hosting, email, analytics).

You can request export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting privacy@urbanss.com.

Data is hosted in the EU. We retain data for the lifetime of your account plus 30 days for backups.
